Yutaka vegan Korean kimchi is made without the traditional addition of fish sauce, and has 100% natural ingredient list – no preservatives or added colour. The kimchi is beautifully flavoured with red pepper chilli powder, fermented cabbage and a hint of ginger.
Use this natural kimchi to flavour stir fries, or serve it as a side dish alongside a main meal. Try our kimchi hot dogs, or go for a more traditional Korean kimchi bokkeumbap – fried rice topped with mushrooms, kimchi and a fried egg.
