Terre Exotique’s pineapple chutney with Penja pepper is a sweet, gently spiced condiment to pair with manchego cheese, and cold cuts of ham or beef. Made with zingy pineapple, this confit is spiced with Penja pepper, a chilli from Cameroon with menthol, musky notes.
Excellent in sweet potato stews or used to glaze BBQ chicken, this chutney is also great eaten as it is with nutty cheese and crackers.

Terre Exotique works directly with hundreds of specialist farmers and producers around the world – to bring the very best peppers, spices and salts to our tables. The company was founded by Erwann de Kerros, a Breton and seasoned traveller. After tasting pepper in the Penja plantation in Cameroon, Kerros yearned to try other specialist peppers and spices – and Terre Exotique was born.
