Sant’Eustachio coffee beans are a blend of 100% organic and fair trade Arabica beans from South America. Sant’Eustachio il Caffè is a historic cafe in Rome which opened in 1938 and is famous for its roasted coffee beans – which they blend with filtered water from an ancient aqueduct to make their house coffee.
These beans are imported from small cooperatives across Brazil, Guatemala, the Dominican Republic, Ethiopia, and the islands of St. Elena and the Galapagos, then gently roasted in Italy, preserving the sweet flavours. With only a 1.18% caffeine level, you can sip this low-caffeine coffee throughout the day.
Grind these beans at home and use them to make espressos, flat whites or a full cafetiere to enjoy with friends.
