With the Mermaid Silver anodised cake tin, you can bake sponges, fruit cakes and cheesecakes, safe in the knowledge that they’ll have a consistent bake.

Aluminium offers even heat distribution throughout the entire tin, meaning there are no hot or cool spots, producing a consistent bake, everytime. This aluminum tin has undergone an anodising process which hardens the aluminium, making it tougher and resistant to rust and the effects of frequent use. This cake tin is a durable, long lasting piece of bakeware that can be used time and time again.

The bakeware improves with age. Unlike products coated with non-stick (PTFE), which deteriorate with use, frequent use of the Mermaid silver products will enhance their release properties. After each use, the anodised surface captures and retains a microscopic film of lubricant which builds up to form a ‘patina’.

This 6inch cake tin has a diameter of 150mm.
