The Salami di Parma is unique to Parma, and is made by the family owned company La Fattoria di Parma, in rural northern Italy. The salami is made simply with great quality pork, white wine and the company’s signature blend of spices. It’s fantastic served with a plate of Italian antipasti before a feast. Once opened, keep refrigerated below 7°C and consume within 10 days
