Perello Gordal pitted olives are a cult favourite among olive cognoscenti. Gordal olives are one of the finest Spanish olives – bright green, plump and crisp. These Gordal olives are tinned in brine with guindilla chilli – giving the olives a slight hot kick. Drain and serve the Gordal olives for a pre-dinner bite, or enjoy as part of an antipasti selection with cold meats and cheese. The mildly spicy olives are also a great addition to salads.
Please be aware the Perello Olive tins are fragile and can experience minor dents in transit. If the can is deeply dented (one that you can lay your finger into), has sharp points on the top or side seam of the can, or it has lost any liquid, we will refund or replace it.
Ingredients: water, olives, chilli (sulphites), salt, flavour enhancers: monosodium glutamate, and disodium ribonucleotides, acid: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate.

Storage: once opened, keep refrigerated in a non-metallic container, covered in the brine and consume within 7 days.
