This utensil kit offers multi-purpose use in the woods or on the beach, as well as preparing line-caught small fish from start to finish – scale, gut and slice with a single knife. 

This utensil duo is made of surgical grade stainless steel for compact but high quality performance. Both the peeler and blade lock in place when open to create a sturdy tool that can be used both left and right handed.
