This truffled sauce is a umami-rich blend of mushrooms, black olives, truffles, capers and anchovies sauce stirred through with summer truffles, and a rich truffle aroma. The lightly textured truffle sauce is great dabbed onto rare roast beef as a small flavoursome canapé, drizzled over cheese on toast, or even spooned straight from the jar.
The truffled sauce produced in Acqualagna, the home of Italy’s truffle market, by Marini & Azzolini who have been collecting and producing truffle products for over 50 years.
Once opened, keep refrigerated. Use a clean spoon for every use.
Ingredients: Mushrooms, extra virgin olive oil, black olives, summer truffles (tuber aestivum vitt) 3%, salt, aromatic herbs and spices, capers, anchovies, aromas. Contains fish. May contain traces of gluten, milk, celery, nuts.
