Try whisking up a mixture of soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, dried chilli flakes, crushed ginger and finely sliced spring onions and pour a little onto this plate – this is the perfect dipping sauce to go with gyoza, Chinese dumplings that are popular in Japan.
