ScandiKitchen wild cloudberry jam is a sharp-sweet spread, made with fruit that grows in the cool climate of northern Scandinavia. Wild cloudberry has a flavour somewhere between raspberry and redcurrant, and the fruit’s natural tartness works particularly well with vanilla ice cream.
Use the jam to make a Swedish cheesecake, or to layer a sponge cake. For a savoury treat, serve cloudberry jam with soft cheese, such as baked camembert.
Ingredients: Wild cloudberries(55%), sugar (35%), water (8.9%) citric acid (<2%), gelling agent (pectin) <2%), potassium sorbate (<2%).
