Pariani’s walnut oil is made with Venetian ‘Lara’ walnuts – they are loved across the world for their sweet taste – this is achieved by the low percentage of tannins. The nuts have been cold pressed without chemical additives, then filtered, producing an intense flavour.

This slightly sweet finishing oil is a fantastic partner for chicory salads, roasted aubergines and goat’s cheese tarts. Alternatively, drizzle over scoops of coffee ice cream.
