Giuseppe Giusti’s organic balsamic vinegar 6-year aged is developed in oak barrels for a minimum of 6 years to give it the signature rich sweet flavour. Less concentrated and more acidic than the 12 and 15 year old vinegars, this balsamic is wonderfully versatile. And it’s entirely organic.
