Fish Well Brand Konjaku noodles, also known as Shirataki noodles, are a thin, translucent noodle that originates in China. They are made from Konjac flour, which is what gives the noodles their unique light and gelatinous texture, along with just water, so they have a mild and gentle flavour. 

These Konjaku come in small knotted nests, which makes them ideal for adding to traditional Chinese Hot Pot.
