The Desideri family have been making Italian confectionery since the early 1900s. Stefano Desideri began by travelling around Tuscan villages selling homemade biscuits at local markets before turning to the production of Cialde di Montecatini wafers. The traditional Tuscan recipes have been passed down from generation to generation, and a century later, Stefano’s great grandchildren, Giacomo and Luca run the company, producing traditional, artisanal confectionery.
