Delicioso Salsa romesco is a crunchy sweet pepper salsa made with hazelnuts and almonds. This romesco salsa is strong with sweet tomato and pepper flavour, combined with rich nuttiness from the chopped hazelnuts and almonds. The nuts also add a soft crunch to the texture for an exciting twist on a classic tomato salsa.

Romesco sauce originated from Catalonia, created by fishermen to enjoy seafood. This salsa also works beautifully with fish – use as a condiment or marinade for grilled sea bass or steamed cod. It also adds a nutty twist to Spanish sauces – add a spoonful into a ragu or classic Patatas Bravas sauce. 

Ingredients: Tomatoes, roasted red peppers, Noras pepper pasta (pepper, citric acid) (15%), extra virgin olive oil, hazelnuts (nuts) (7%), sherry vinegar, almonds (nuts), (1.5.%), purple garlic (garlic, salt, citric acid), hot Spanish paprika, salt, cornflour, black pepper.
