The Sous-Chef Dutch oven is made of thick cast iron, which delivers even and long-lasting heat distribution for perfectly even cooking. This Dutch oven also has a single enamel coating on the inside for increased durability and resistance to cracking or chipping over time. This means there is no need to season your pan, making it suitable for using straight away. . Each pan is stamped on the base with the origins of its recycled materials.Â
This Dutch oven is suitable for use on all heat sources, including oven, BBQ grills and open fire. It also works on induction hobs for sauteing and stir-frying.Â
Storage: Not suitable for dishwasher. Hand-wash and fully dry before storing.Â
