The cameron stovetop smoker is great for fish, meat, poultry, game & even vegetables. Hot smoke in minutes on your stove  or hob (gas, electric, induction or Aga) or any other heat source (BBQ, etc.)
Smoke-cooking with a cameron stovetop smoker is a healthy way to infuse flavour without the use of fats, salts or oils and that means no added calories either. Hot smoking retains moisture and natural cooking flavours so foods don’t dry out or get tough.Â
The Cameron Stovetop Smoker works well with all meat, seafood, and poultry dishes and it transforms ordinary vegetables into delicious main courses. Larger items like turkeys or hams can be smoked as well by simply making an aluminium foil tent to cover the item when you cook it, instead of using the Smoker lid. Plus, the cameron stovetop smoker also doubles as a steamer, so you get two great cookers in one product.
Each camerons smoker comes with a 24 page recipe and instruction booklet. It also includes 2 x 1oz sample pots of oak and hickory wood chips. All stainless steel construction – new improved 2020 model made from heavier gauge stainless steel for an even more premium feel. Dishwasher Safe.Â
