The infusion ball is an easy way to make a large pot of chai tea at home. Release the clasp and fill the mesh ball with cloves, a crushed cinnamon stick and cardamom pods. Clip together and pour over hot water or gently simmer in milk. Once you’re happy, remove the ball and set aside, then sip away!
