Catskills Mineral Oil For Chopping Boards 227ml Cookware

This mineral oil for use on wooden chopping boards seals and protects any wooden kitchen equipment and tableware from damage and bacteria. By providing a protective layer on the wood that locks out moisture, it  prevents the wood from harbouring bacteria and prolongs the lifespan by protecting against moisture-related decay.  

This mixture of mineral oil and vitamin E is ideal for sealing wooden chopping boards, butcher’s blocks and other wooden kitchenware. 

To use: apply oil liberally to all surfaces with a clean soft cloth. Let oil penetrate and dry. Apply once a week for a month, then once a month or whenever surface appears dry. Not recommended for lacquered finishes. 

Ingredients: 100% pure mineral oil with a trace of vitamin E 

Storage: No shelf life limit – will not turn rancid.
