Belazu shawarma paste is a Persian spice paste with ginger, turmeric and a good kick of chilli. Use it to make authentic shawarma kebabs by marinating your choice of meat before cooking over a flame grill.
The Middle Eastern spice mix is also fantastic spread straight into pitta breads with roasted vegetables or mixed with yoghurt to make a dressing for colourful grain salads. You could also try covering a head of cauliflower in the shawarma paste before roasting whole – for a real vegetarian centrepiece.

Storage: Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 4 weeks.
