Belazu balsamic tomatoes are fully ripened on the vine, then slow roasted and coated in balsamic vinegar of Modena. The tomatoes are then dried. The full process creates sweet, rich, sticky tomatoes packed full of intensified Meditteranean flavours.
Chop the semi-dried balsamic tomatoes and add to pizza base sauces for extra umami depth, add them whole to antipasti platters, scatter over avocado on toast, or even chop and serve with scrambled eggs.
Ingredients: Semi-dried tomatoes (48%), sunflower oil (45%), balsamic vinegar of Modena IGP (wine vinegar, cooked grape must) (3%), sugar, salt, herbs and spices.
Storage: Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 weeks.
